La Casa de La Palmera is a beautiful house for to rent for your holidays in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, Almería, Spain. It is one of the last old houses of the region, with its roof made of logs of pitas and thick stone walls. La Casa de la Palmera is a typical old house in the area. Located in Las Presillas, a small and typical andalusian village in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar in the province of Almería, Andalucia. In Las Presillas you will be able to enjoy the silence and will be in direct contact with nature. The Natural Park of Cabo de Gata is a paradise for rural tourism. A semi-desert landscape, sun and rural roads with cliffs on the Mediterranean coast, volcanic mountains in the interior and with native vegetation.

Features of the house

This is one of the last old house in the region, with roofs made with pita trunks and thick stone walls. The house an area of 60 m2 with diferent rooms: a lounge-bedroom, a living-room, a kitchen and bathroom... and a very nice garden. Perfect for two people.

The bedroom has a big double bed (160cm.).

In the living-room, there are two sofas, armchairs and table, and a firewood stove for the winter.

The bathroom is independent with shower and hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to cook. It has a fridge/freezer, a gas kitchen and a big table.

The house has a lovely garden with large palm tree which gives its name to the house, a pine tree, a fig tree, and many fleshy-leaved plants and cacti. There is a marble table to have lunch in this wonderful environment.
